WeCo Accessibility Services employs a contract team of usability testers who live with one or more disability. Our staff team is also made up of more than 90% of individuals of the same demographic. For us, accomodation is a daily activity that doesn't seem difficult or costly.
It's not uncommon for us to hear from other organizations we work with things like: "We could never employ people living with disabilities, like you do. We don't have: the funds/the expertise/the equipment/the time."
In this webinar, hear how WeCo challenged a business they subcontract with to hire one of our staff team members who lives with blindness, to assist them in project management, and discover what they learned in the process!
You'll also hear from WeCo's President, Lynn Wehrman, regarding how she and her staff manage a growing virtual and physical office while accommodating the needs of staff and contractors who live with one or more disability.
We'll also feature disability employment experts to point you towards free resources and map out positive steps to create an inclusive employment environment which includes professionals living with disabilities!

Each member of the team is also an expert at navigating life with one or more disability.
